An account with PCByVoice Ltd allows you to download free and trial software and to purchase from the shop.
The Registration Process
The registration process is very simple and only requires you to:
- confirm your email address
- complete a simple registration form
So, when you start your registration, you will be sent an email with an encrypted link in it. Clicking on that link will bring you back to this site, where you complete your registration by:
- setting your own username and password
- giving your name and country
No other information is required. You can then log in to your new account and download free and trial software or purchase from the shop.
The Account
The account has three elements to it:
- the current contents of your shopping basket
- your profile, where you can change your password and provide further contact information, if you wish (optional)
- your transaction history with PCByVoice Ltd

Buying From PCByVoice Ltd
This is very simple indeed. There are no multiple pages to track through on this website. Everything is contained in your shopping basket, with one checkout page.
If you have logged into your account, all you have to do is checkout to be transferred to PayPal to make a payment. If you have not logged in, trying to checkout will require you to log in or to register for an account first.
PCByVoice Ltd never sees any credit card information, as users are transferred to PayPal to make a secure payment before being returned to this website.
Once payment has been made via PayPal's secure website, you will:
- receive an email from PCByVoice Ltd confirming the details of your transaction, together with any download links required
- receive an email from PayPal confirming payment for that transaction
- be returned to a page on this website which you can print out (this page will contain the same transaction details emailed to you by PCByVoice Ltd)
Receiving the Purchases
There are two types of delivery via this website.
Downloads
You can download free and trial software from PCByVoice Ltd in the normal way from software downloads. However, you need to be logged in to be able to download. The trial software works fully for 30 days, after which you need to purchase a registration key from the shop, which will be emailed to you within 24 hours. This key also removes the nag screen from the trial software.
Posted Items
The turnround times for posting out non-download items (eg, hardware, boxed software, etc) are as follows:
- United Kingdom (Scotland, England, Wales and Northern Ireland) - 1 to 3 days (there is also a guaranteed 'next day' delivery option)
- Rest of Europe (including Eire) - 3 to 4 days
- Rest of the world - 7 to 10 days
Postage and packing is only included in your shopping basket when the item selected for purchase contains that requirement. It is charged at a base rate for the United Kingdom, with additions for Europe and the rest of the world. Before you check out, it is important to select the right option to avoid delays subsequently.
The current costs for postage and packing options will be shown in your shopping basket but only if one or more items incurs postage and packing. Only one amount per order (not by individual items) is applied.
